1. Warranty Claims

1.1 Warranty Period: We offer a warranty of up to one (1) year from the date of delivery on our Products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

2.1 Custom Products: As all our Products are custom-made to your specifications, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective under the warranty terms.
