  • 1.2 Shipping Terms: Unless otherwise agreed upon, all shipments are made under FOB (Free on Board) terms from our designated port in China.

2. Shipping Costs

  • 2.1 Quotation: Shipping costs are not included in the Product price and will be quoted separately based on the shipping method, destination, and shipment size.

  • 2.2 Payment: Shipping costs must be paid prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • 3.1 Production Lead Time: Production timelines vary depending on the complexity and quantity of the order. Estimated production time will be provided in the order confirmation.

  • 3.2 Transit Time: Delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination. Estimated transit times will be communicated upon shipment.

  • 3.3 Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

4. Customs and Import Duties

  • 4.1 Responsibility: You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and any other charges imposed by the destination country.

5. Packaging

6. Risk of Loss
